Formula Business Restriction – Port Townsend, WA

Port Townsend limits formula retail stores and restaurants to a single commercial zone along the main road leading into the town and bars them from all other areas of town, including the downtown.  Within that zone, formula businesses are not allowed to exceed 3,000 square feet nor occupy more than 50 linear feet of street frontage.  Formula restaurants are subject to additional scrutiny.
